An IPLC (international private leased circuit) is a point-to-point private line used to communicate between offices that are geographically dispersed throughout the world. An IPLC can be used for Internet access, business data exchange, video conferencing, and any other form of telecommunication .

Call 767 uses the IPLC to connect directly onto the backbone of US telephone services in Atlanta and onward to the UK. The IPLC has none of the latency issues which have always been incumbent by the use of satellite technology for many off-shore call centers. The use of Thin Clients in place of PC’s ensures maximum reliability to the agents on the calling floor and together with an IBM Server farm provides a secure and robust operational environment to all clients.

Our facility is equipped with progressive digital systems that allow for the recording, storage, and easy retrieval of all calls. Accessibility to all archived recordings is available to all of our clients who can if required monitor calls directly.
