Jay Kolb, a US citizen comes to ocean call with over 20years experience in the call center industry and until recently was the Client Service VP of a 2000 seat group of call centers based in Arizona. Jay will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the center in Grenada and will be reporting to the Managing Director Tim Johnson.

Tim has spent some considerable time in recruiting for this very important role within ocean call and is confident that Jay will provide the on-site leadership and management which will be crucial to the ongoing development of the company.

Jay's decision to join ocean call reinforces his belief that, in the now very mature US and UK markets, large corporates will be earnestly seeking to have their service needs satisfied by off-shore operations.
