In their annual survey of Telemarketing vendors one of the largest US Publications Companies has just completed their annual vendor survey of 19 telemarketing companies to whom they outsource work. These telemarketing vendors are based in the US, UK and offshore.

ocean call's telemarketing center was established primarily to service the US Publishing Business to Business publishing industry. In its first year of operation our center was ranked 11th in this years vendor survey not only have we moved up to 3rd we have become the No 1 Offshore Telemarketing company in the survey.

Mike Stonehouse the Operations Director of the center here in Grenada is extremely pleased with the results of the survey and attributes this success to practices and procedures that have been implemented over the last year. These include the comprehensive Customer Service Representative training programmes and improved reporting systems.
