Call Center expands further to deliver new contracts

Following their success in establishing a Call Center in Grenada and now at the end of its first full year of operation ocean call have announced that they will be expanding in order to deliver newly signed contracts. These new contracts will mean the addition to the workforce of at least 150 Customer Service Representative's as well as the need to employ new supervisory staff at the center in Frequente Park.

The first year in Grenada has already seen significant growth in employment by ocean call. The additional CSR's and supervisors will take the total number of staff employed at the center to over 300 and this new growth can be attributed to the high quality standards achieved by the CSR's in their telemarketing work and the reputation which is being built by this company.

ocean call is developing its sales through offices in the UK and the USA and has recently formed a strategic alliance with a major call center in the UK. It is planned that this alliance will bring valuable contracts to the center, contracts that will necessitate further employment.

Tim Johnson, Managing Director for ocean call, adds:
"The philosophy of this alliance is to access UK clients effectively and provide them with a cost effective offshore call center service, which will maintain the high levels of quality already practiced."
