Cyan Shiner provides a complete service of brand design, print design, application design and web site design services to Cloudsoft. Their web site design is focused towards a clean simple concise layout with an emphasis on ease of use and syndication of news and blog information in line with the main competitors in their field. Cloudsoft requested a full user registration system, complete with e-mail verification of usernames and passwords in order to capture information about users requesting further information in the form of data sheets and white papers.

Family of WordPress CMS Sites for Oris Group

Oris Group offer minor surgical operations and a range of safe, high quality minor surgical operations administered at clinics across the UK with treatments carried out by doctors and surgeons suitably qualified and registered with the General Medical Council.

Cyan Shiner provide brand design and web site design services to the Oris Group, we have helped them build up their business from a regional to a national concern by providing a strong, efficient web presence with emphasis on SEO.

Oris Groups latest web site request was for a family of web sites; each based upon their own sub brand but held under the Oris Group brand umbrella. Cyan Shiner helped Oris to analyse the market sector and produce a group of sites which would compete well against their competitors.

We also insured that all content moved from their previous web site on the Oris Medical domain was correctly re-pointed to insure no loss of page ranking in the search engines.

Once again Cyan Shiner comes through with flying colours. Due to the success of our original Oris Medical branding and website, the business has gone from strength to strength resulting in expanding further. We approached Cyan Shiner once again with a brief of producing three new websites, displaying a corporate image, as we were now expanding to go nationwide.

The results were outstanding. Even with our occasional changing of minds and slight indecisions on our side, they continued work with no fuss and created matching brands for our new businesses and totally fulfilled our brief. The resulting brand is excellent and we're looking forward to utilising features built into our sites.

The three websites we now run are built around WordPress which is an excellent base. WordPress is ideal for us as it is powerful, versatile, extremely simple and easy to use. We can edit pages already on the sites, add pages, images, videos, news and much more very easily in a way suitable for operators of all levels of computer literacy.

Puccino’s – Brand Development for the Web

Puccino’s coffee are a well established coffee shop, bar and deli franchise operating throughout the UK and recently expanding into Europe. They already have a distinctive brand based upon the fantastic cartoon style illustrations of Jim Smith at Waldo Pancake. However they required help to translate that brand into strong web presence and optimise the site for referencing by the search engines.

We are happy to say that the site is up, working extremely well and that Puccino’s are delighted with the end result. Positioning within the search engines has improved considerably as have the numbers of prospective franchisees contacting Puccino’s via the web site.

Updated Web Site Design for BM Equine

BM Equine have been a client of Cyan Shiner for over 6 years, their previous web site design having been active for all that time. The old site was still performing well in the search engines however they felt it was time to evolve its look and feel and integrate more feature rich content such as drop down menus and embedded video.

With this in mind we designed and built their new web site based around the latest web standards and integrated it with Adobe Contribute CMS. This gives them the facility to update all its content in house, easily add new pages of content and optimise them for the search engines based upon simple easy to follow documentation that we provided.

Puro Web Site Re-Launch

We are pleased to announce that Puro coffee has just re-launched its web site based around illustrative design provided by Cyan Shiner. Puro give money from every kg of coffee sold to the World Land Trust to buy and protect areas of rain forest in South America. Cyan Shiner provided a complete design solution for the Puro brand including logo design, point of sale and promotional material.

New Brand and Web Site Design to Help Promote Biodiversity in Surrey for the Surrey Biodiversity Trust

We are very pleased to announce that we have just helped the Surrey Biodiversity Trust who are housed with the Surrey Wildlife Trust create a new brand to help promote the biodiversity of Surrey. As well as providing brand design for the Surrey Biodiversity Trust we also provided web design services and skinned their XWiki CMS (content management system) driven web site around the new brand.

We designed their Wiki to be based around a walk around the Surrey countryside, with each of the sections representing their services having an illustration conveying a different kind of habitat.

Thanks for the lovely backgrounds on the website. I've just done the first 2 days of training for my partners, teaching them how to use the website. Corporate Web Site Design for Skye Direct

After the positive feedback Skye received on the design and build of their corporate site they requested that we help expand their family of web sites further with a web site design for Skye Direct. Skye Direct supply office supplies primarily to Yorkshire and their new web site is designed to give an overview of their business, their products and suppliers and encourage site visitors to contact them for more details or a brochure. The site is built with expansion in mind as there are plans, once it is established, to add e-commerce functionality.
