Weston Hills

Cyan Shiner has been working with Weston Hills for over two years helping them grow from a small UK business based in Surrey to a successful company running many operations from their new base in Florida. Weston Hills have two main sides to their business, villa rentals, including travel agency services, and real estate and management services.

To cater for this we designed one main brand identity, logo and stationery, then split this brand in to two sub-brands. One sub-brand can be used for the friendlier, more fun villa rentals side of their business, and the other to convey a more serious, credible image for their real estate and property management services.

Most recently we designed a web site template optimised to integrate with a database of their villas, combined with a cms (content management system). This will allow them to update the content of the site themselves. The template is available to view now although at this stage it is only the shell of the site with temporary content, as it has still to be integrated with the villa database and cms.
